OutWith cannot guarantee anyone will show up or pay. We can make identity clearer, keep records, and give real consequences for bad behavior.
Everyone confirms they are 18. Profile and experience photos wait in an admin queue — nothing auto-approves. A verified badge means two selfies were reviewed (face, then three fingers). Couples can link accounts. We do not collect a phone number for verification, we do not run a liveness app, and we do not check government ID today. A badge is not a background check.
We strongly encourage public locations. Before lock, you confirm a public meet and that you’ll tell someone you trust. GPS check-in is opt-in around the start time. You can share a 12-hour live pin with a friend — not with the other member.
All coordination stays inside OutWith so reliability decisions have a record. Sharing phone numbers early is discouraged.
Report no-shows, payment issues, harassment, or misrepresentation. Reliability waits on matching ratings, 48 hours, or an admin dispute decision. Harassment can suspend immediately.
No unaccompanied minors. Experiences with children must be posted by a verified adult and cannot carry dating intent. Photos of children are optional, always reviewed, and often removed unless every parent on the experience agreed.
Explicit sexual content is not allowed in photos or descriptions. Harassment, threats, and scams have zero tolerance.
Reliability below 4.0 restricts posting. Below 3.0, applying is limited. Users receive a clear explanation when standing changes.
