Waitlist
If you join the waitlist we store your email and city so we can invite you when that market opens. We don’t sell this list. You can ask to be removed from Admin’s waitlist tools or by contacting us.
Account
Sign-in uses email and password, Google, or X. We store the profile you choose to share: name, city, bio, photos, intents, and scores. Chat and applications stay on OutWith so reliability decisions have a record. Answer only what you’re comfortable answering. A mobile number, if you add one later, is for alerts only and is not shown on your public profile.
Reports and safety
If you report someone, we store the reason, your note, and who was involved so we can act. Admins can suspend accounts and take down experiences. We may keep records needed to enforce the terms.
Location
You tell us a city and, when you lock an experience, a meeting place. GPS check-in is opt-in for that locked experience only. We store a meeting pin and whether you were near it, to help settle no-show disputes. The other member sees a status (at the pin / nearby / not yet), not your coordinates. If you create a live share link for a trusted contact, it shows a first name and a map pin and expires in 12 hours. We do not background-track you.
Your data
You can download a copy of your profile, experiences, applications, ratings, and messages from Profile. You can delete your account there. We wipe your photos and bio. We may keep anonymized ratings and safety records needed to enforce the terms.
